One of Roscommon town's longest-established bars is for sale.
McCrann's of Castle Street is one of the best-known family-run pubs in the Co Roscommon and a very popular spot when races are being held at the nearby racecourse.
Last year Pat McCrann was given planning permission to replace it with three townhouses and a new pub and restaurant on a 2,200-square-metre site.

But the property has now been placed on the market with Property Partners Earley – its director John Earley spoke to Eoghan Murphy about the sale on Tuesday's Bottom Line.
