A former head of the Garda cold case unit says the body of Leitrim man Liam Farrell should be exhumed.
The 87-year-old was found dead outside his home in Rooskey in January 2020, and his family believes he was attacked.
Yesterday, they met outgoing Garda Commissioner Drew Harris, who said the case remains open and active.
The Farrells want Liam's body to be exhumed, in an attempt to solve the case.
