Two Tidy Towns workers joined Joe Finnegan on the JF Show saying that what they do is good for their community but it is becoming increasingly difficult to get volunteers. This combined with an increasing shortage of outdoor council staff who used to be present in towns and villages in times gone by is causing concern within the ranks of many community organisations.
