Works are continuing on a new sheltered area for passengers boarding aircrafts at Ireland West Airport.
Head of marketing, Donal Healy, confirmed that works began earlier this month and are set to continue over the winter.
It's one of a number of recent developments at the local airport including the development of a new upstairs cafe.
