Women's role in sport not confined to the field

Following on from it been International Women's day on Monday, Sport Ireland are promoting Women in sport all this week ,focusing on the 4 pillars of the Women in sport policy.

Aisling Doonan Maguire is a former Cavan senior county player and a community sports Hub Coordinator with the Cavan Sports Partnership and she remarked that women's roles within sport are not  necessarily confined to the field of play
