Part of the Shannonside region is set to be hit with strong winds on Friday.
Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow wind warning for county Leitrim from 12 noon.
The forecaster said that it could lead to difficult travelling conditions and some fallen trees and branches

The warning which is also for Donegal, Galway Mayo and Sligo is to elapse at 9pm on Friday.
