It's designed to help people who want to feel healthier, but who lack the motivation, confidence or information to get moving.

Age and Opportunity are looking for volunteers in Roscommon for a mentoring service for the over 50s.
FitLine is a telephone service which encourages those aged over 50 to remain active.
It's designed to help people who want to feel healthier, but who lack the motivation, confidence or information to get moving.

Volunteers will receive all necessary training as well as Garda Vetting and Child First Training.
