Gardai are investigating a fatal house fire in County Roscommon overnight.
A woman died in the blaze which was reported at around 7am in Athleague.
The woman in her 50s, who was the sole occupant of the house, was pronounced dead at the scene Investigations are ongoing and a technical examination of the scene is currently underway.
