Up to 50 secretaries and caretakers protest outside Feighan's office

Up to 50 school secretaries and caretakers protested outside a local Fine Gael TD's consistency office in Sligo today.

Frank Feighan says they included people from north Roscommon and Carrick-on-Shannon.

Forsa members are standing outside their local TD offices today, calling for the same pensions and benefits as teachers and SNAs, on their fourth day of strike action.

Deputy Feighan, who represents Sligo-Leitrim, says they have his full support:

4 days of strikes for pension parity =
1 major national rally
5 huge regional rallies
2,000 school picket lines
Every local government TD office picketed
