Two men have been injured in an alleged feud related incident in Athlone yesterday. Gardaí are investigating a number of incidents of endangerment and alleged assaults that occurred in the town at around 4.30pm. Two men in their 20s were injured in the incident and were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The incident is reportedly connected to a local feud in the area and resulted in damage to multiple vehicles following a number of incidents of ramming. Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and investigations are ongoing.
