Two local women chosen to take part in Miss Ireland 2025
Olivia Mollaghan will represent Longford and Anne Beirne will represent Leitrim at Miss Ireland 2025.

The 77th Miss Ireland final will take place this Saturday at The Knightsbrook Hotel in Trim, County Meath.

Two local women have been chosen to take part in this year's Miss Ireland Ireland competition. 19-year-old Anne Beirne from Drumshanbo is Miss Leitrim 2025 while 22-year-old Olivia Mollaghan is Miss Longford. The 77th Miss Ireland final will take place this Saturday at The Knightsbrook Hotel in Trim, County Meath. Anne Beirne is a trainee hairdresser, who wants to advocate for girls with learning difficulties having been diagnosed with high functioning autism, anxiety and dyscalculia herself.

Olivia Mollaghan graduated last year from DCU with 1st class honours degree in Communications Studies. She is currently a news coordinator with RTE and content creator The 77th crowned Miss Ireland will receive a lucrative agency contract and a host of prizes. She will also have a chance to jet off to represent Ireland next year on an international stage at the Miss World Festival.
