Three people have been hospitalised following two separate crashes in county Longford.
The first collision took place in the Feraghfad area shortly after 8am on Sunday morning.
The driver of the car, a man in his 30s was brought to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore for treatment of serious injuries.
A passenger, a man his late teens was brought to the Mater Hospital in Dublin for treatment of serious injuries.
Separately, a woman in her 40s sustained what are being described as "non-life threatening injuries" following a crash just outside of Lanesboro.
The single-vehicle collision occurred on the N63 at around 3.30pm on Sunday.
Investigations into both crashes are ongoing.
