A suite in the Castlerea Enterprise Hub will be named after a popular Roscommon councillor following his death at the weekend. The decision was made following the sudden passing of Cllr Anthony Waldron at his home in Ballintubber on Sunday morning. Castlerea man Austin Waldron, who's a cousin of the late councillor, said Anthony had worked tirelessly for local communities. He said the decision to name the suite after the Independent councillor was confirmed by Chair of the Hub committee Benny O'Connell:
Austin said Anthony's funeral arrangements would be made known in the coming days but it's thought he will be buried in Aughamore in Mayo:
