A status yellow wind warning has been issued for Leitrim this weekend. The alert is in place from 4pm until 10pm on Sunday.
Clare, Kerry, Donegal, Galway, Mayo and Sligo have also been included in the warning. Cathal Nolan from Ireland's Weather Channel says the warning may be extended to other counties:
