Shannonside Northern Sound will be hoping for success at this year's IMRO Radio Awards which takes place tonight.
Northern Sound’s Sean McCaffrey has been nominated in the Local/Regional Sports Broadcaster of the Year category for the second year in a row.
Shannonside FM is nominated in two categories - ‘Farmers at the Gate’ receiving a nomination for News Story or News Event of the Year, and the News At One nominated under the Local/Regional News Programme category.

Due to restrictions, this year’s awards ceremony will take place virtually tonight from 7.30.
