Roscommon County Council are advising motorists that the R361 between Frenchpark and Castlerea is to close for a period of time.
The road will be closed for six weeks from September 22nd to November 3rd to facilitate the N5 project.
Motorists are being advised from Frenchpark to head west on the N5, turning off for Ballaghaderreen on the old Dublin Road- L1244.

In Ballaghaderreen, head southbound on the R293 for 3.3 kilometres to turn left and head southeast on the R235 through Loughlynn as far as the junction with the R361.
