A semi-state body has agreed to carry out safety works on a dangerous crossroads in Co Roscommon.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Roscommon County Council discussed Scramogue Cross, near Strokestown, today.
Independent councillor Tom Crosby says there have been several serious crashes there.

He says TII has agreed to carry out works to improve safety at the crossroads on the N5.
