An Post says the cost of sending letters nationwide and abroad will increase from February 3rd, with a national stamp rising to €1.85.

The event, which is being organised by the Roscommon Older Persons' Network, will take place at The Enterprise Hub in the town.

The campaign aims to make details of the elderly or vulnerable readily available to emergency services.
