A Roscommon man is on day four of his swim of the length of the River Shannon. Paul Little who is from just outside Croghan, is raising money for Mental Health Charity, North West Stop.
Today he is swimming from Lanesborough to Athlone and is due to arrive around 5.30 this evening. Paul's wife Hazel says he has a very strong mindset:
