A Roscommon man is continuing to swim the length of the River Shannon today, to raise money for a mental health charity. Paul Little set off from Cavan two days ago, and hopes to finish in Limerick next Sunday . Paul started the next leg of the swim from Rooskey this morning and hopes to arrive in Lanesbrough this evening.
He's fundraising for the charity 'North West Stop,' which provides counselling to people affected by mental health or emotional challenges. Paul says his challenge is a big team effort:
