Gardaí in Roscommon have arrested a motorist who tested positive for cannabis.
The driver was initially stopped for driving without lights at night and for using a phone.
It was subsequently discovered that the car had no NCT while the driver tested positive for cannabis.

They were arrested at the scene and the car was seized.
Gardaí say court proceedings will now follow.
