Repair works completed on burst south Leitrim water main

Uisce Éireann say they have repaired a burst water main in South Leitrim and a normal water supply is being restored to customers affected.

The burst on a trunk water main resulted in localised disruption to supply for a small number of homes and businesses in Ballinamore, Fenagh and surrounding areas.

Leitrim Councillors are due to meet Uisce Éireann on Monday to discuss recent water outages in the area.
