Rent for a two-bedroom apartment in Leitrim rose by nearly 13 per cent last year.
Daft.ie found the average monthly bill was €1,225 in the last three months of 2025 - up 12.9 per cent on 2024.
It rose by almost 6 per cent in Longford, to €1,315.

But they dropped by nearly 8 per cent in Roscommon, to €1,263.
