Property tax adjustment factor to remain unchanged in Leitrim next year

Leitrim councillors have decided not to change property tax adjustment factor in Co Leitrim next year.

They can increase or reduce the tax by up to 15 per cent, from the basic rate set nationally.

At their meeting this morning, councillors decided to keep the rate at +15 per cent for 2026 – the same as this year.
