A house in Longford, which was found to be the proceeds of crime, was one of 20 properties sold by the Criminal Assets Bureau last year.
Other properties sold include in Cavan, Monaghan and Kildare as well as an apartment in Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote.
It also included the former Dublin home of Daniel Kinahan, which went for over 930-thousand euro, the highest figure achieved for any confiscated property to date.
CAB was established in 1996 following the murder of the journalist Veronica Guerin.
