Price of a home in Co. Roscommon increases by 11% in a year

The price of a home in Co Roscommon has increased by 11 per cent in a year.

The average sale price was €207,000 last year - €20,000 more than the previous year.

There was a 9 per cent increase in both Leitrim and Longford in the same timeframe.

The average in Leitrim last year was 195,000 - up €16,000.

And in Longford, it was 198,000 - an increase of €18,000.
