It's been confirmed potential Presidential Candidates will meet with Leitrim Councillors on the 22nd of September.
Wannabe candidates can enter the race if they're backed by four local authorities, if they don't already have a nomination.
Over 10 people have registered an interest with Leitrim County Council.

It's still unknown if the likes of Bob Geldof and Conor McGregor will attend local council meetings to try and become candidates.
