There are plans to transform a derelict site in South Roscommon into a new public amenity.
Ballyforan Area Transition Team have lodged plans with Roscommon County Council for the development at Claremont House.
The plans would see a new community centre developed at the derelict coach house along with a new public park pavillion.

Roscommon County Planners are due to decide on the application in May.
