Plans have been lodged for a new housing development in Carrick On Shannon.
Roscommon County Council have applied for planning permission for the construction of 4 new terraced houses in Cortober.
The existing building on site is to be demolished and the new units will consist of one 2 bed dwelling, two 2 bed apartments and one 4 bed dwelling in a terrace style.

The plans also include the construction of 6 parking spaces to the front of the houses and all associated site works including access roads, footpaths, lighting, and boundary walls.
County planners will decide on the issue in April
