Planning permission is being sought for a significant housing development in Longford Town. Mynah Unlimited are applying for planning to redevelop a site that had previously been purposed to be a hotel/retail development.
The plans for a four storey apartment building includes 11 two bed apartments and private open spaces provided in the form of balconies. The proposed development would also include elevational alterations, bin and bike storage and all associated site works at the Market Square, Longford.
