Planning permission is being sought for a state of the art new astro turf facility in Arigna.
The Arigna Recreation and Enhancement Association have applied to construct the new amenity at Derreenavoggy in North Roscommon
The plans include the construction of a new Astro Turf Pitch and the provision of associated floodlights and fencing.

The application also seeks new changing rooms as well as a new play area and walking track.
Roscommon County Council will decide on the matter in October.
