Planning permission is being sought from Longford County Council for a new housing, marina, and car parking development in Clondra, a few miles outside Longford town.
Raymond and Ann Brogan are applying for permission to build 8 two-storey detached houses, each with individual boating berths.
Permission is also sought for a 40 berth marina with the marina entrance onto the Camlin river.
