Planning permission lodged for construction of 30 houses near Carrick on Shannon

Planning permission has been lodged with Roscommon County Council for the construction of 30 houses near Carrick on Shannon.

Ron Weisz has submitted an application for the development at Mullaghmore Townland in Cortober near the Town.

The plans consist of 30 houses including 16 three bedroom semi detached homes, 10 four bed semi detached and 4 three bedroom detached houses.

Also included in the application for planning permission is an open public space, car parking, landscaping and boundary treatments.

Roscommon county planners will decide on the case by the end of October.
