Latest figures show sharp rise at the pumps

The latest AA fuel price monitor has been published.

The latest AA fuel price monitor is confirming what we're all seeing at the petrol pumps.

The cost of both petrol and diesel have risen sharply this month.

The average being charged on forecourts across the country in March was 1.90 a litre for diesel, up 18 cent a litre on February.

Petrol cost an average of 1.81, a rise of 8 cent a litre.

However the impact of the Iran war has yet to hit EV drivers, with the cost of charging at home and public charging stations unchanged.
