There were over 40 patients waiting for a bed at local hospitals this morning. That's according to the INMO's latest trolley watch report. Friday's figures show there 26 patients waiting in Sligo University Hospital.
This included 17 in the emergency department and 9 on wards elsewhere. Meanwhile, there were 9 patients waiting at Portiuncula and 8 in the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
