Over 120 people in the Shannonside region become Irish citizens at a ceremony in County Kerry this week.
7,500 people from 143 countries were conferred with Irish citizenship in the Gleneagle Arena.
58 people in Roscommon received citizenship whilst 49 in Longford and 19 in Leitrim were also conferred at the ceremony.
The highest number of successful applicants came from India, where nearly 2,000 received Irish citizenship.
