Over 100 submissions filed with council against plans for wind farm in Roscommon

The group has hosted a number of meetings in recent months with residents and community groups. 

Around 150 submissions have been filed with Roscommon County Council against plans for a wind farm in the county.
Ballyfeeney Green Energy Ltd are seeking permission to construct six wind turbines in an area between Scramogue and Kilglass.
However, the Ballyfeeney Action Group submitted over 100 written objections to the local authority this morning.

The group has hosted a number of meetings in recent months with residents and community groups.
