A number of scam calls have been reported by the public to Carrick-on-Shannon Garda station.
The fraudulent phone calls were claimed to have been from Revolut.
Callers allegedly asked for personal information in an effort to defraud.

The calls can be considered suspicious if they seem to be too good to be true, request personal information or involve money.
Gardaí are reminding the public to never give out their credentials.
