Garry Murtagh, Paddy Farrell and Liam Callaghan are set to become the new first citizens of the Shannonside counties next month.
Fine Gael councillor Garry Murtagh is set to take over as Longford cathaoirleach on June 20th.
Fine Gael's Liam Callaghan is due to become the Roscommon cathaoirleach on June 23rd.
And four days later, Paddy Farrell is due to take on the same role in Leitrim.
The job includes an allowance of €20,000 in each case - which Drumshanbo councillor and former Leitrim cathaoirleach, Enda McGloin, says should be reviewed.
