It's been confirmed that a new temporary location has been found for Boyle Library. The library which was located at King House, has been closed since a major oil spill at the grounds last year. A temporary mobile library has been operating in the town for two days a week since the incident.
Roscommon County Council have now identified Boyle Courthouse as a new temporary location for the library, with works set to take around 8 weeks to complete. Local councillor Sean Moylan has welcomed the update:
