Cnoc Mhuire Secondary School in Granard has announced the appointment of a new principal.
The popular secondary school educates hundreds of students from across the region.
Jennifer McCabe has been appointed as the incoming principal to replace Pauline McBrien, who served for the role for eight years.
Ms McCabe will officially commence her tenure as principal from next Monday, September 1.
Having previously worked as an English and Geography teacher in St. Raphaela's, Stillorgan in Dublin for nine years, she joined the teaching staff of Cnoc Mhuire in 2017,
She also has experience working with the SEC, NIPT and the PDST, further broadening and enriching her professional experience.
