A new public car park is set to be developed in Glasson village.
It was announced today that the transfer of lands at Glasson Garda Station to Westmeath County Council will allow the project to progress.
An event took place in the village earlier to mark the announcement with OPW Minister Kevin 'Boxer' Moran in attendance.
