Works along the N61 in south Roscommon have begun a night-time phase.
It's understood that Hanly Quarries Laragan were on site last night to begin preparing for the laying of surfacing material.
The main surfacing operation will be taking place from this evening Tuesday 28th and is due to run for four nights including next Friday.

It's hoped the final phase of the works, which include verge reinstatement, will be completely finished by the 16th of March.
