Mullingar in County Westmeath is getting a second McDonald's, with the development creating 120 jobs.
The 3 point 8 million euro investment will feature a drive through restaurant, 35 car parking spaces, bicycle parking, an outdoor seating area, and a range of electric vehicle charging bays.
It's due to be built in Lakepoint Retail Park.
