Every home in Longford should have proof on how they dispose of their household waste.
That’s according to local Councillor Paul Ross who has made the comments after illegal dumping took place over the weekend at Ardagh Mountain.
The South Longford Councillor posted a photo on social media over the weekend stating that he was "disgusted" with the illegal dumping at the popular walkway in the county.

He said that more needs to be done to prevent illegal dumping in County Longford.
