The Minister for Health has come under fire for not addressing ongoing issues at Portiuncula University Hospital.
In July, the HSE confirmed that high-risk mothers can no longer deliver their babies at the facility - and must go to other units.
Up to 2,000 attended a massive protest in Ballinasloe in mid-August.

Roscommon-Galway TD Claire Kerrane previously wrote to Minister Carroll McNeil seeking an urgent meeting on the downgrade.
