The Rural and Community Development Minister says Boyle's new €7 million library will make the town much more attractive.
Dara Calleary visited the site today, ahead of the start of construction shortly.
It's behind the old Royal Hotel and will replace the current library in King House in the next two years.

Minister Calleary also visited the Doon Shore and King House in Boyle today, which have both been upgraded.
But there's been no hotel in the town since the Royal Hotel closed down around 15 years ago.
