A massive Longford logistics hub has hit the market for close to 10 million euro.
The former Masterlink hub at Ballyminnion in Longford Town was shut last year with the loss of 130 jobs.
The facility has now gone on the market at 9.75 million euro and is being sold by agents TWM and CBRE.

The 14,400 square metre property is located between the N5 and the N63, and less than three kilometres from the N4.
The steel frame facility contains a sizeable warehouse served by 15 docks, security hut, perimeter fencing and 40 trailer parking spaces.
