Many people not using new Deposit Return Scheme

It appears many of us aren't using the new Deposit Return Scheme. 1.2 million euro worth of deposits have been returned in the first 40 days of the programme.

However it's estimated that a million euro should be returned every day based on consumption. The company behind the scheme says it's taken time for the new arrangements to bed-in according to the Irish Independent.
