A 36-year-old man, charged with the murder of a man in Co Leitrim, is due to reappear in court today.
He's due to appear by videolink in Sligo District Court.
Latvian Janis Balodis, 41, was pronounced dead after being found unresponsive at a home in Arderry, between Ballinamore and Carrigallen, on the night of June 11th.
Polish native Bartosz Cylka, with an address at Arderry, Corrawaleen, was charged with his murder.
In Carrick-on-Shannon District Court last month, Judge Eiteáin Cunningham adjourned the case until today's sitting of Sligo District Court.
She remanded him in custody, and certified for a polish interpreter and legal aid.
She also directed he get medical treatment as required.
Mr Cylka is due to appear by videolink in Sligo today.
